Technical Feature:
The main structure is similar to the YD27 frame single acting sheet drawing hydraulic press, which has higher machine rigidity and accuracy.The servo drive system, with proportional servo valve and proportional pump, can achieve super precision control for working speed and working precision, and the working speed can
be as low as 0.02mm/s.Compared with traditional hydraulic press,the working noise is low, and energy 30%-60% can be saved at the same time.Equipped with imported PLC brand and touch screen, it is detected by displacement sensor and pressure sensor andcontrolled by IPC.The monitoring software of special hydraulic press has curve chart and digital display. It can realize working cycle time, pressure setting, setting of slide block position, setting of pressure relief time, setting of stroke speed, setting of stroke,single section or multi segment data setting, operation error alarm function.
