Characteristics:
Multi-pump combination configuration: The conventional press is the use of a large motor to drive a oil pump, because the composite press is complex, the speed span is large, therefore, different working periods using different oil pumps to control, more energy saving, more stable action.
Low-speed stability: In order to achieve low-speed stability, conventional composite press adopts valve control system, and the minimum stable speed of composite press using pump control system can achieve 0.1mm/s theoretically without energy loss.
High rigidity structure: the body of the main machine adopts high rigidity mechanism through finite element analysis, and the machining adopts imported CNC floor boring and milling machining center, which has good rigidity and high precision.
Hydraulic system: equipped with two sets of in-mold core-pulling control system, and preset in-mold ejection control system, can increase the multi-point ejection, blowing and other functions. It can achieve fast down, pre-pressing, venting, working, holding pressure, pressure relief Slow open mold fast return, slow release, fast ejection, ejecting stay, fast return and other actions can also increase the venting section (up to 6 sections) supplementary pressure stability, temperature multi-point control, rapid pressure and other functions.
Electrical system: The use of Germany Siemens, Japan Omron PLC programmable controller, touch industrial display screen to achieve human-machine dialogue, easy to operate, reliable performance.

Composites prouts hydraulic press can be used incompression molding of thermosetting composites and thermo-plastic composites .such as SMC,BMC,GEM,LFT-D.
