Features:
The machine adopts four-column double-action structure, the mold closing speed is fast, the mold closing force is adjustable, the fixture is driven by hydraulic pressure, the electrical system is controlled by imported PLC, the degree of automation is high, the pressing speed is fast, and the temperature change of the workpiece after pre-heading is small, which can realize one-time heating and direct rotary forging, which greatly improves the efficiency and saves the cost. The machine is mainly used for the hot pre-upsetting of the flange end and spline end of the automobile half axle, and can also be used for the pre-upsetting of other heating bars.
